24 Jump Street Officially Moving Forward as Original Cast Eyes Return

News of 24 Jump Street has finally come to fruition. The sequel will be directed by Rodney Rothman (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse), who wrote the script alongside Jonah Hill and Meghan Malloy. Original stars Hill, Channing Tatum, and Ice Cube are all in talks to reprise their roles.
In 21 Jump Street, rookie cops Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) join the secret Jump Street unit and go undercover as high school students. Tasked with dismantling a dangerous synthetic drug ring, the duo must navigate the high-stakes mission while unexpectedly confronting the unresolved social baggage of their own high school pasts.
